Mr. Tuncay Doganer, the Director General and Executive Board Member of Atlasjet gave information on a one-year performance of its company during a press conference organized. Atlasjet has made a record-breaking achievement and gained in size by 685 % in terms of seats and 850 % in terms of aircrafts in its fleet. Figuratively it carried 1 million 334 thousand 769 passengers aboard its proprietary jets, precisely consisting of 689 thousand 450 passengers for domestic and 654 thousand 319 passengers for international flight operations with an average rate of occupancy of 71% during the period between January and August. The Company acquired 2 Boeing B 757 series aircrafts reaching a total number of aircrafts of 17 and a seat capacity of 3 thousand. Now planning to add 4 new Airbus A 319 series aircrafts on its existing fleet during the time between Dec 2005 and Apr 2005, Atlasjet is expected to takeover the property of the first aircraft of the Airbus brand ex works the Manufacturing Plant in Hamburg. Having readily grown its number of domestic flight destinations to 14 with the addition of Kars and Konya operations, Atlasjet has realized a EUR 133 million turnover as of August 2005, which yields an increase by 127% with reference to term 2004. Atlasjet projects an annual turnover of EUR 225 million with a total increase of 142% caused to it, as at the end of term 2005.
